We do not use the term ‘Cuvée Prestige’ as it is a cuvée that is elaborated from one single plot. This plot represents less than three acres and only produces up to 3000 bottles a year depending on the vintage.
This is a pure merlot aged in new oak barrels, with a very light toasting technique that we developed with our cooper.
