We produce regional wines, so we attach very particular importance to our soils.
The harvest is completely manual, sorting is done in the vineyard and in the cellar, without crushing.
The entire winemaking part is supervised by Catherine Cohen. Each plot is vinified separately.
The entire production is aged in 100% French oak barrels.
Bottling is done at the property, with our own equipment, without the intervention of a subcontractor.
